Principles and basic techniques in transmission electron microscopy.
Introduction
This is a graduate course covering many of the basic aspects of transmission electron
microscopy. The students learn about electron optics, beam-specimen interaction, electron
diffraction and imaging. They operate the TEM and perform basic instrument calibration
